No-Implant Rhinoplasty (Hump Nose, Bulbous Nose)
A case study of a 20s female patient achieving a refined, natural nose profile through no-implant rhinoplasty, hump correction, and bulbous nose revision.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 20s
# History of alar reduction and philtrum reduction (+)
# Blunt and wide nasal tip
# Uneven bridge due to a hump
* Consultation
1. Despite having undergone alar reduction previously, she mentioned that her blunt nasal tip was still her biggest concern. We decided to perform a revision alar reduction while making the nasal tip more slender.
2. She also wanted to improve the uneven side profile caused by the nasal hump.
3. Since her natural bridge was not low, we planned the surgery using a no-implant approach.
* Surgical Plan
1. Bridge Rhinoplasty
- Hump correction
- No implants
2. Tip Rhinoplasty
- Septal extension graft: Septal cartilage
- Onlay graft: Ear cartilage
- Bulbous nose correction
- Alar reduction (Revision)

* Post-operative Progress
1. In the post-operative results, the nasal tip has become naturally defined and elevated without excessive nostril exposure.
2. Moving away from the blunt, bulbous nose seen before surgery, a sophisticated nasal tip has been achieved.
3. If the bridge is sufficiently high, a natural nasal line can be created without the use of artificial implants.
