No-Implant Rhinoplasty (Hump and Long Nose Correction)
A case study of a 20-year-old female achieving a refined, natural look through no-implant rhinoplasty to correct a dorsal hump and drooping tip.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 20s
# Drooping and bulbous nasal tip
# Uneven profile due to a dorsal hump
* Consultation
1. The patient’s primary concern was a bulbous nasal tip that lacked definition and appeared to droop downward.
2. She also wished to smooth out the uneven side profile caused by a dorsal hump.
3. Since the bridge of her nose was already sufficiently high, we planned a no-implant surgery.
* Surgical Plan
1. Bridge Rhinoplasty
- Dorsal hump correction
- Osteotomy
- No-implant technique
2. Tip Rhinoplasty
- Septal cartilage: Septal extension graft
- Ear cartilage: Onlay graft
- Correction of bulbous tip, long nose, and nasolabial angle

* Post-operative Progress
1. The post-operative results show a nasal tip that is both natural and well-defined.
2. By correcting the long and bulbous nose, we achieved a more feminine and sophisticated look, which the patient was very satisfied with.
3. When the bridge is already high enough, a natural nasal line can be created without the use of artificial implants.
