No-Implant Nasal Tip Rhinoplasty
A case study of a female patient in her 20s who achieved a refined, feminine look through no-implant rhinoplasty focusing on tip correction and hump removal.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 20s
# Bulbous and low nasal tip
# Uneven bridge due to a dorsal hump
* Consultation
1. The patient’s primary concern was a bulbous nasal tip that lacked a sleek, projected shape and appeared to droop.
2. She also wanted to correct the uneven side profile caused by a dorsal hump.
3. While she considered using an implant because her bridge was slightly low, she did not want a drastic change in her image. We determined that a satisfying result could be achieved solely through tip improvement, so a no-implant surgery was planned.
* Surgical Plan
1. Bridge Rhinoplasty
- Hump correction
- Osteotomy
- No-implant
2. Nasal Tip Rhinoplasty
- Septal cartilage: Septal extension graft
- Ear cartilage: Onlay graft
- Correction of bulbous tip, long nose, and nasolabial angle

* Post-operative Progress
1. The post-operative results show a natural yet well-defined nasal tip.
2. By correcting the long and bulbous tip, a more feminine and sophisticated nose was achieved, leading to high patient satisfaction.
3. This was a great case demonstrating how much an image can change through tip refinement alone, even without the use of artificial implants.
