No-Implant Rhinoplasty (Hump Nose, Long Nose)
A case study of a 20s female patient who achieved a refined, natural nose profile through no-implant rhinoplasty, correcting a severe hump and drooping tip.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 20s
# Drooping and blunt nasal tip
# Unevenness caused by a severe hump
# Deviated bridge appearance
* Consultation
1. The patient wanted to improve the uneven side profile caused by the hump and the appearance of a drooping nasal tip. A large hump like this can create a ‘strong’ and ‘stubborn’ impression, which was a major source of stress for her.
2. We planned a no-implant rhinoplasty based on the assessment that the deviated bridge and hump could be corrected without the use of artificial implants.
* Surgical Plan
1. Bridge Rhinoplasty
- Hump correction
- Osteotomy
- No-implant
2. Tip Rhinoplasty
- Septal cartilage: Septal extension graft
- Correction of bulbous tip, long nose, and deviated nose

* Post-operative Progress
1. The post-operative results show a natural yet well-defined nasal tip.
2. By correcting the severe hump, a feminine and sophisticated nose was achieved, leading to high patient satisfaction.
3. If the nasal bridge is already sufficiently high, a natural nose line can be created without using any implants.
