No-Implant Hump Nose Rhinoplasty and Alar Reduction
A case study of a 20s female patient who achieved a refined, feminine profile through no-implant hump correction and alar reduction.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 20s
# Droopy and blunt nasal tip
# Uneven bridge due to a hump
* Consultation
1. The patient’s primary concern was a blunt nasal tip that drooped rather than extending smoothly.
2. She also wanted to improve the uneven side profile caused by a nasal hump.
3. Since the bridge height was sufficient, we planned a no-implant rhinoplasty.
4. As the nostrils appeared wide, an alar reduction was included in the plan.
* Surgical Plan
1. Bridge Rhinoplasty
- Hump correction
- No-implant approach
2. Tip Rhinoplasty
- Septal extension graft
- Correction of bulbous tip, long nose, and nasolabial angle
- Alar reduction

* Post-Operative Progress
1. The post-operative results show a natural yet well-defined nasal tip.
2. By correcting the long and bulbous nose, a feminine and sophisticated look was achieved, leading to high patient satisfaction.
3. When the nasal bridge is already high enough, a natural nose line can be created without the use of artificial implants.
