The Principles of LipoSound
# ‘LipoSound’ is a device that uses ultrasound to emulsify fat. Since it liquefies fat particles—turning them from something like orange pulp into juice—it offers several benefits:
1. Much smoother process – Fat can be squeezed out like water without applying great force, and it can be suctioned using only a small cannula. This means less irritation, leading to faster recovery from bruising and swelling. Consequently, there is significantly less bio-bond (post-surgical adhesions).
2. Because ultrasound is emitted beneath the dermis, there is less skin sagging after the procedure, and you can gain additional skin elasticity and tightening effects.
# About two weeks after surgery, you may feel some discomfort as bio-bonds form. During this time, applying warm compresses and stretching will help them resolve faster. Please note that we also provide injections to help dissolve these bonds during the one-month follow-up appointment!
