The Principles of LipoSound

# ‘LipoSound’ is a device that uses ultrasonic waves to emulsify fat. It liquefies fat particles—similar to orange pulp—into a juice-like state.

1. It is much smoother – fat can be squeezed out like water without applying significant force, and it can be suctioned using only a small cannula. Therefore, there is much less irritation, leading to faster recovery from bruising and swelling. Consequently, ‘Bio-bond’ (post-surgical adhesions) is also significantly reduced. 2. Because ultrasound is emitted beneath the dermis, there is less skin sagging after the procedure, and you can achieve additional skin elasticity and tightening effects.

# About two weeks after surgery, Bio-bond may form and cause some discomfort. In such cases, applying warm compresses and stretching will help it resolve faster. Please note that we also provide injections to help dissolve Bio-bond during the one-month follow-up appointment!
