The Principles of LipoSound

# ‘LipoSound’ is a device that uses ultrasound to emulsify fat. It liquefies fat particles, which are normally like orange pulp, into a juice-like consistency.

1. It is much smoother—fat can be squeezed out like water without applying great force, and it can be suctioned using only a small cannula. Therefore, there is much less irritation, leading to faster recovery from bruising and swelling. Consequently, ‘Bio-bonds’ (post-operative adhesions) are also significantly reduced. 2.
