# The puffy feeling of the eyelids should be addressed through fat removal.

# Due to the skin thickness, non-incisional or partial incision methods may lead to the folds loosening or undoing over time. Therefore, the full incision method is highly recommended!

# The patient mentioned discomfort from eyelashes curling inward and poking the eyes. This condition is called ‘entropion’, and we planned to correct this simultaneously.
