A case study of a woman in her 30s who achieved a more youthful and defined look by correcting a long, drooping tip and a wide nasal bridge.

1. The patient wanted to improve her flat and wide facial appearance caused by a wide and low nasal bridge.
2. She was also stressed by the fact that her long, drooping nasal tip made her look older than her actual age.
3. The plan was to raise the bridge while shortening the nose, creating a refined tip that is sharp but not overly upturned.
* Surgical Plan
1. Rhinoplasty for the bridge (Silicone implant, Osteotomy)
2. Tip-plasty (Septal extension graft & Bulbous nose correction)
* Post-operative Progress
1. Following the surgery, a natural yet sharp nasal tip was achieved without excessive nostril exposure, as requested. Since a long nose can make one look older, creating the appropriate tip angle is crucial.
2. The nasal tip, which appeared slightly drooping and blunt before surgery, was corrected to a slimmer, more sophisticated shape and angle.
3. By narrowing the wide bridge through osteotomy and increasing its height, focus was drawn to the center of the face. This added dimension to a previously flat appearance, creating a slimming effect on the face that the patient was very satisfied with.
