A case study of a woman in her 20s who achieved clear, refreshed eyes through a combination of endoscopic forehead lift, revision ptosis correction, and Mango canthoplasty.

# The patient wanted to improve her stuffy and somewhat sharp impression caused by the narrow gap between her eyebrows and eyes.
# To address the narrow eyebrow-eye gap and the puffy upper eyelids, an endoscopic forehead lift was planned. Additionally, to correct weak eye-opening muscles and create a defined line, an incisional ptosis correction was scheduled. To make the ‘closed-off’ eyes look larger, a Full Mango Canthoplasty (epicanthoplasty and lateral/lower canthoplasty) was also planned.

1. What is the first change you notice? Even though the double eyelids were created naturally, the upper eyelids do not look puffy at all, right? This is because the space between the eyebrows and eyes was secured through the forehead lift! A very clean and refreshed line has been created.
2. A beautiful forehead is a bonus! The forehead, which used to be uneven due to the habit of lifting the brows, has become voluminous and smooth. Simply releasing the muscles that pull strongly on the eyebrows can improve the forehead contour beautifully.
