# Female in her 20s
# Medical History: Previous partial incision double eyelid surgery
# Narrow space between eyebrows and eyes, causing a bulging and heavy appearance
# Small, stifled eyes due to a closed-off structure
# Patient’s Request: ‘I want my loosened double eyelid line to be redefined into a clear out-fold line.’
* Consultation
# The previous double eyelid line has loosened, and the narrow space between the eyebrows and eyes creates a heavy look. Simply re-fixing the double eyelid will not improve this sensation. In fact, it could make that area look even more bulging. This is especially risky when aiming for an out-fold line, so we must be cautious.
# The forehead and eyes cannot be considered separately. Ideal eye shapes are achieved only when there is harmony between these two areas!

1. What is the first change you notice? Even though a natural out-fold crease was created, the eyelids do not look bulging at all, right? This is because we secured space between the eyebrows and eyes through the brow lift! A very clean and refreshed line has been achieved.
