- Female in her 20s
- Medical History: Previous incisional double eyelid surgery
- Patient Goals: ‘I already have large eyes, but I want a semi-out double eyelid line. My eyes feel too round vertically, so I want them to look longer horizontally.’
* Consultation
The previous double eyelid line has loosened, and the narrow space between the eyebrows and eyes creates a heavy, stuffy appearance. Simply re-fixing the double eyelid would not improve this sensation; in fact, it could make the area look even more puffy. This is especially true when aiming for a semi-out line, so we must be very careful to avoid a bloated look.
The forehead and eyes cannot be considered separately. Harmony between these two areas is essential to achieve the ideal eye shape!
