Endoscopic Forehead Lift + Incisional Ptosis Correction (Revision)
A case study of a 20s female patient who achieved a clear, refreshed look through a combined endoscopic forehead lift and revision ptosis correction.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 20s
# Medical History: Previous incisional ptosis correction
# Narrow space between eyebrows and eyes, causing a bulging and heavy appearance
# The double eyelid line is pressed down, giving a slightly sharp or fierce look
* Consultation
# There is a sense of heaviness due to the narrow space between the eyebrows and eyes. Simply re-fixing the double eyelid line would not improve this feeling; in fact, it might make that area look even more bulging.
# We planned to resolve the narrow space between the brows and eyes through a forehead lift, while simultaneously correcting the eye-opening strength and making the line more visible through revision eye surgery.
# The forehead and eyes cannot be considered separately. Harmony between these two areas is essential to achieve an ideal eye shape!
* Plan
Fix-up Ptosis Correction
- Endoscopic Forehead Lift + Incisional Ptosis Correction (Revision)

* Post-operative Progress
1. What is the first change you notice? Despite creating an ‘in-out’ double eyelid line that is clearly visible from the front, the eyelids do not look bulging at all, right? A very sharp and defined line has been created.
2. The top photo was taken at just 2 weeks when there was still some swelling, but as seen below after 3 months, a much lighter and more natural look has been finalized. ^^
