A 30-year-old male patient undergoes non-incisional ptosis correction and rhinoplasty to address deep eye creases and a short nose.
* Basic Information

# Eyes
- After entering his 30s, multiple deep creases formed too high, causing a foreign body sensation and discomfort when opening his eyes.
# Nose
- Desired to improve a low and short nose.
* Diagnosis of Current Condition
# Eyes
- High double eyelids developed in his 30s, causing discomfort and a heavy sensation every time he opens his eyes.
- Since his eye-opening strength was also slightly weak, we decided to create thin inner double eyelids (giving a ‘monolid’ look) while correcting the ptosis.
# Nose
- His primary concern was a low and short nose.
- Due to a protruding mouth structure, the nose appeared relatively shorter than it actually was.
- Fortunately, the septal cartilage was sufficient in size and strength. However, because the skin was tight with little elasticity, we planned to raise the nose using only autologous cartilage without overextending the tissues.

- We lowered the excessively high eyelid lines to create natural-looking inner double eyelids.
# Nose
- Fortunately, the septum was straight and had sufficient size and strength, allowing for a satisfying result using autologous cartilage. As mentioned, the skin was tight, so we focused on the line without overstretching.
- By raising and lengthening the low, short nose, we achieved a ‘two birds with one stone’ effect by also improving the appearance of the protruding mouth.
