Today, we would like to introduce a case of ‘Danyeonko’ rhinoplasty, which is a highly sought-after procedure at our clinic.

You might be hearing the term ‘Danyeonko’ for the first time!

Danyeonko refers to a no-implant rhinoplasty performed exclusively using only autologous cartilage.

Today’s patient had a hump nose with a bridge that was already sufficiently high. Since the base height was adequate, it was possible to achieve a beautiful result without implants, so we proceeded with the Danyeonko method.

The materials used were septal cartilage and ear cartilage. The procedures performed included hump reduction, osteotomy, long nose correction, and bulbous nose correction.
