Low Nose Rhinoplasty (+ Forehead Fat Graft)
A case study of a 20s female patient who underwent rhinoplasty and forehead fat grafting to improve a low nose and flat forehead for a more refined profile.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 20s
# Low and blunt nose
# Flat forehead that appears to lean backward
* Consultation
# The patient desired improvement as both the nasal bridge and tip were low.
# A lack of volume and unevenness in the forehead were also observed.
# We planned to raise the nose while simultaneously performing a fat graft on the forehead to create a voluminous and smooth facial contour.
* Surgical Plan
# Rhinoplasty - Bridge (Silicone implant)
# Rhinoplasty - Tip (Septal extension graft)
# Fat Graft (Forehead, Temples)

* Post-operative Progress
# The nasal tip was refined and lifted using septal cartilage and ear cartilage. Nowadays, most women naturally want a well-defined nose, but no one wants a tip that is excessively sharp. There is a strong preference for a natural-looking nasal tip with soft volume.
# When planning rhinoplasty, you should not look at the nose in isolation; you must consider the entire line connecting the forehead, nose, and chin. By adding volume to the forehead along with the nose surgery, the patient’s facial profile was completed with a much more sophisticated and elegant image.
