Low Nose Rhinoplasty (+ Forehead Fat Grafting)
A case study of a teenage female patient who underwent rhinoplasty and fat grafting to address a low nose and flat forehead for a more refined facial profile.

* Basic Information
# Teenage female
# Low and blunt nose
# Flat forehead lacking volume
* Consultation
# The patient desired improvement for a low nasal bridge and a blunt nasal tip.
# Lack of volume and unevenness were also observed in the forehead area.
# We planned to raise the nose while simultaneously performing fat grafting on the forehead to create a voluminous and smooth facial shape. Since there was a slight tendency toward a receding chin, the chin tip was also included in the plan.
* Surgical Plan
# Rhinoplasty - Bridge (Silicone implant)
# Rhinoplasty - Tip (Septal cartilage: extension graft + Ear cartilage: onlay graft)
# Fat Grafting (Forehead, temples, chin tip)

* Post-operative Progress
# The nasal tip was made more defined and pointed using septal and ear cartilage.
# By adding volume to the forehead and chin at the same time, the overall facial line was completed with a much more sophisticated image.
# When planning rhinoplasty, you should not look at the nose in isolation, but rather consider the entire line connecting from the forehead to the nose and down to the chin.
