Male Rhinoplasty (Low Bridge, Hump Correction, and Alar Reduction)
A case study of a male patient in his 20s who achieved a masculine, straight nasal profile through hump reduction, tip refinement, and alar reduction.

* Basic Information
# Male in his 20s
# Uneven nasal bridge due to a low profile and a dorsal hump
# Bulbous and drooping nasal tip
* Consultation
# The patient was stressed by the unevenness caused by the hump on the nasal bridge.
# Since the tip was bulbous and drooping, we planned to create a masculine, straight-line profile.
# Additionally, due to the wide nostrils, an alar reduction was planned simultaneously.
* Surgical Plan
# Bridge Rhinoplasty (Hump reduction, osteotomy, silicone implant)
# Tip Rhinoplasty (Septal cartilage extension graft, bulbous tip correction, columella adjustment)
# Alar Reduction

* Post-operative Progress
# The nasal bridge was raised using an implant after smoothing out the hump.
# To improve the aged impression caused by a long, drooping tip, autologous cartilage was used to create a defined, upright tip. Great care was taken during the alar reduction to ensure no noticeable scarring.
# This was a satisfying case where the overall facial line became more masculine and sophisticated as the nose was heightened.
