A case study of a patient in her 20s who achieved a refined, Karina-inspired nose through long nose and bulbous nose correction after unsuccessful non-surgical treatments.

# Medical History: Multiple filler and Hiko (thread lift) procedures (+)
# Current Condition: Tried Hiko treatments, but the long, drooping nasal tip did not improve :(
* Consultation
# The patient was concerned that Hiko procedures failed to lift the columella and shorten the nasal tip as desired.
# Since a long nose can create an impression that looks older than one’s actual age, we planned to create an appropriate nasal tip shape and nasolabial angle.

* Post-Operative Progress
1. During surgery, I found a significant amount of foreign material in the columella and nasal bridge area. It was scar tissue formed as the threads from previous Hiko procedures dissolved. This is why I am not a fan of Hiko treatments; they often interfere when it comes time for a truly important surgery.
2. By correcting the long, drooping columella and creating an ideal nasal tip shape and angle, we achieved a very satisfying result.
3. We aimed for a nose like Karina’s—high and sleek, but not excessively pointy. It suits her perfectly :)
