Beautiful Results for a Long, Drooping Nasal Tip with No-Implant Rhinoplasty

Today, we are sharing the before and after photos of a patient who underwent no-implant rhinoplasty.

Before the surgery, the patient’s nose was not particularly low, but it appeared long, slightly crooked, and had a drooping nasal tip.

Since this case could be addressed without implants, we raised the nasal tip using septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and donated rib cartilage, without the use of any artificial implants.

Because the patient also had a slight dorsal hump and a long nose, these issues were corrected simultaneously.
