Long Nose and Hump Nose Rhinoplasty
Case study of a female patient in her 20s who underwent rhinoplasty to correct a long, drooping tip and a dorsal hump for a more youthful and refined appearance.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 20s
# Long, drooping nasal tip
# Uneven bridge due to a dorsal hump
* Consultation
# The patient’s primary concern was that her long, drooping nasal tip made her look older than her actual age.
# The plan was to create a shorter nose with an ideal nasolabial angle, ensuring the tip was lifted without looking overly ‘upturned’.
* Surgical Plan
# Bridge Rhinoplasty
- Hump correction
- Silicone implant
- Osteotomy
# Tip Rhinoplasty
- Septal extension graft
- Long nose correction
- Bulbous tip correction

* Post-operative Progress
1. In the post-operative results, a natural yet sharp nasal tip was achieved without excessive nostril exposure, exactly as the patient requested.
2. By using the septum to support the columella, the nasolabial angle was improved, making the line connecting the nose to the philtrum look more sophisticated and beautiful.
3. The wide bridge became narrower and higher, drawing focus to the center of the face. This added dimension to a previously flat appearance, creating a slimming effect on the face that the patient was very satisfied with.
