- Even for a revision, if the skin thickness, sagging, and eye-opening strength are appropriate, it can be resolved relatively easily with just natural adhesion.

# Nose & Forehead

- Autologous rib cartilage is usually harvested from the 6th or 7th rib, and there is slight pain for about 2-3 days after harvesting. Recovery to a level where daily life is possible is achieved after about a week.

- Functional aspects must be considered during rhinoplasty. If you have difficulty breathing, resolve it at the same time!

- Forehead fat grafting provided three-dimensional volume to complement the long face.
