JK Plastic Surgery's appearance on TBS Tokyo Broadcasting, showcasing HIFU lifting and Rejuran DNA injection procedures to Japanese audiences.

JK Plastic Surgery welcomes patients not only from Korea but from all over the world.
From Asian countries such as China, Japan, Thailand, and Vietnam, to Russia, the United States, Europe, and the Middle East — people from truly every corner of the globe visit us.
We believe it is thanks to years of building a clinic defined by honesty and genuine expertise that we have earned recognition and trust from patients worldwide.
As the first and only plastic surgery clinic
officially designated by the Ministry of Health and Welfare
as a licensed
'Hospital for Foreign Patient Care'
Japan is one of the countries drawing the greatest attention in the cosmetic and aesthetic field these days. As Japan's economy has rebounded, interest in personal care and self-improvement has grown considerably.
In particular, Japanese clients tend to prefer relatively simple procedures and treatments over major surgeries.
In Japan, these treatments are commonly referred to as 'lunch time petit' — a term that captures the idea of slipping in a quick procedure during a lunch break on a busy day.
It was in this context that a well-known program on TBS (Tokyo Broadcasting System) reached out to request an interview and filming of petit procedures at our clinic.
TBS Tokyo Broadcasting — 'Lunch Time Petit'
We filmed segments on
HIFU lifting (Doublo Gold) and
DNA injection (Rejuran).

We applied numbing cream thoroughly and allowed sufficient time for it to take effect.

After setting up the device —

The HIFU lifting (Doublo Gold) procedure begins!

We start with the right side first.

Throughout the session, we carefully check in with the patient to make sure there is no pain or discomfort.

The film director had quite a few questions during the shoot — and very expressive reactions to match!

It looks like the right side is all wrapped up.
We also conducted an interview covering the characteristics of the procedures and products, including their benefits, limitations, and expected results.
The DNA injection segment was filmed as well.
About a month later, the episode aired. I wanted to watch it live, but unfortunately could not find a way to access TBS from Korea —
so I ended up watching it on YouTube.

My segment starts at around the 1-hour-6-minute mark :)

The broadcast aired with Japanese dubbing over the original audio.

This is how the right side looked after treatment — with only the right side done.
Can you see the noticeable lift?
Showing a live before-and-after comparison mid-procedure like this really helps patients feel the impact of the treatment firsthand.
(Of course, we went ahead and completed the left side as well. ^^;)
True to its Japanese broadcast style, the studio audience reactions were absolutely enthusiastic :)
It was a truly wonderful experience.
I hope another opportunity like this comes along again someday.
The weather seems to have turned cold quite suddenly.
Everyone, please take care and stay well. ^^
