The patient wished for a semi-outline eye shape that would make her current blurry eye shape appear clearer and more glamorous, while preserving her existing image and addressing the current issues.

Surgical Plan & Method

✅ Non-incisional natural adhesion, minimizing existing incision scars

✅ Correction of sleepy eyes with insufficient lifting power through non-incisional ptosis correction

✅ Semi-outline line design customized to harmonize with the face shape

The surgery took about 1 hour,

and a custom fixation method was used to minimize swelling and scarring.

Recovery Process

Day 1 after surgery: Worried about swelling, bruising, and pain, but contrary to expectations, there was little bruising and swelling, and no pain was felt unless trying to open the eyes wide.

Week 2: Swelling has almost subsided, and the sleepy and blurry eye shape has improved.
