and reduced unnecessary tissue volume

to make the nasal tip appear slimmer, thus correcting the bulbous nose.

After bulbous nose correction, even if the nasal bridge is not high,

the frontal impression becomes much clearer.

Alar Reduction: Both internal and external excisions performed

The model had significantly flared alar wings

and relatively large nostrils.

Especially since the nostrils flared outwards and upwards severely,

we performed both internal and external excisions.

This procedure simultaneously achieves the following effects:

• Improved alar flare
• Reduced nostril size
• Decreased nasal width from the front

Columella Correction: Improving the nasolabial angle + lifting a drooping columella

Finally, an important detail was

the correction of the columella, the structure below the nasal tip.

The model had a deep nasolabial angle between the nostrils

and a relatively drooping columella.

Therefore, during surgery,

✔ The nasolabial angle was extended downwards,

✔ And the drooping columella was lifted with a corrective design,

creating a clearer and neater impression for the nasal tip.
